As a trainer, Odette delivered customized programs on personal productivity, balancing work and life, handling information overload and work simplification. At retreats, senior management forums and off-sites, Odette facilitated groups helping them meet their objectives and return with clear action plans and performance metrics.
During her career, Odette also published four books. She was a syndicated newspaper columnist whose writing regularly appeared in more than a dozen papers across the US.
